Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead Control center, SCADA & Digitalization projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
    • Create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, leveraging expertise in project management methodologies.
    • Ensure the achievement of project-related goals, including invoicing, collections, and revenues, through effective financial management.
    • Oversee the technical delivery of projects through an in-house remote execution team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Technology Expertise:
    • Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, such as OT cybersecurity and cloud solutions, to provide informed, strategic guidance to clients.
    • Provide clients with expert technology solutions, particularly pertaining to roads and tunnels, leveraging knowledge of integration requirements, including web services, NTCIP, OPC, Modbus, and more.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
    • Demonstrated experience in Technical Project Management, with a proven track record of success.
    • Proficiency in project management, communication, and client relationship skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
    • Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Data Lakes, AI, and analytics is advantageous.
    • Experience in roads infrastructure projects is a plus.
    • PMP certification is a beneficial credential.
