Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership and direction to technical managers and architects in a cross-discipline project spanning software, server, network, cloud, and operational environment.
  2. Liaise with clients, managers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Develop plans, schedules, and targets with teams, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve project goals.
  4. Report project progress to the steering committee, stakeholders, and senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor development, design, and implementation progress, ensuring quality and project performance.
  6. Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
Requirements
  1. Possess both leadership and technical skills to manage complex IT and OT integration in an international environment.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role and served as a technical architect in more than two projects.
  3. Large-scale systems integration project experience with more than 3 sub-system teams.
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and able to present well in project steering committee, and good at senior management updates.
  5. Able to use own initiative to move projects forward in a complex environment.
  6. Experience with software deployment, IT, OT, network, and cybersecurity system integration projects with BCM requirements.
  7. Understand system safety and workplace safety.
  8. Thorough and pay attention to details.
