Leminar Global Distribution and Service WLL is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Fire Alarm Systems Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide solutions for Fire Alarm AMC services.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and tenders to ensure timely participation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including facilities management, owners associations, government institutions, banks, schools, and factories.
- Ensure timely renewals of AMCs by matching property requirements to guarantee building safety.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new leads from existing portfolios and expand AMC/Fit Out jobs.
- Develop the skills and potential of technicians to handle troubleshooting effectively.
- Track all service complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist the sales team and customers in acquiring spare parts for efficient equipment operation.
- Offer solutions for retrofit & renovation of FA works.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients after every work completion.
- Ensure timely payment collection for generated invoices.
- Review the performance of direct reports.
- Submit and collect renewal of service contracts in a timely manner.
- Complete Preventive maintenance tasks as per contract terms.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate should be UPDA and QCDD certified, with at least Grade C qualification.
- A strong understanding of FA panel programming and troubleshooting errors is essential.
- Pursuing Grade C certification from QCDD within a year is highly desirable.
