About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Autonomous Mobile Robots AMR Sales Engineer to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline progress in our CRM system.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct regular site visits to customers across the UK, with occasional visits to our factory in Spain, to build strong relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling quotes, presentations, and Proof Of Concepts (POC) to showcase our Autonomous Mobile Robots solutions and address customer pain points.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs through regular market research and sales team insights.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Autonomous Mobile Robots industry.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry.
