Job Description

Rafhealth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Support Staff to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily Cleaning Tasks: Sweep and mop floors, clean toiletries, wash basins, and other utensils using soap and water or anti-septic cleansers.
  • Organizing and Maintaining: Keep antiseptics, cleansers, soaps, rugs, sponges, dusters, mops, and brooms in their designated places after use.
  • Weekly Cleaning Tasks: Clean glass doors, walls, and display boards.
  • Daily Dusting and Arranging: Dust and arrange stocks/products in their designated places, working closely with the Assistant Pharmacist on merchandising and displaying items.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose of used papers, plastics, old rugs, and related items on a daily basis.
  • Stock Management: Be aware of stock expiry dates and report any expired or damaged items to the pharmacist or pharmacy assistants.
  • Decorating and Promotions: Participate in decorating the pharmacy, changing displays, and distributing flyers to customers and nearby areas during promotional periods.
  • Uniform and Grooming: Wear the assigned company uniform and maintain good grooming habits.
  • Mobile and Telephone Usage: Refrain from using mobile phones or telephones during duty hours.
  • Personal Tasks: Refrain from performing personal tasks, such as going to the bank, buying groceries, or recharging cards, during duty or off-duty time.

Requirements: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours: The working hours for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
