Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Support and Maintenance Engineer to join our project support team in Qatar. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our implemented Digital Identity & Trust Services solution, providing operational excellence to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely solutions to customer issues, ensuring satisfactory closure within agreed timelines.
  2. Work on 24/7 shifts as required, ensuring seamless support to our clients.
  3. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving incidents, escalating to the appropriate team if needed.
  4. Execute planned daily maintenance operations on the deployed solution to maximize uptime as per SLA.
  5. Ensure accurate storage of historical incident data for efficient problem-solving.
  6. Log system details to assist in the generation of technical activity and KPI reports.
  7. Engage in software acceptance and integration before site deployment.
  8. Participate in product migration and deployment at customer sites.
  9. Perform Network Admin role as a backup, including maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks.
  10. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security threats.
  11. Train customers and team members on the solution and technology as required.
