Job Title: Indoor Wellness Designer

This role plays a pivotal part in creating a seamless customer experience, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with brand principals and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with sales and finance department personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare Statements of Cost for the sales team and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and clients for LPOs, invoices, and other related requirements.
  • Arrange and collect signed invoices from clients, and coordinate with suppliers for account creation and credit applications.
  • Gather all necessary documents for payment and invoices preparation, and maintain positive relationships with brand principals.
  • Participate in discussions of design solutions and commercial proposals with brand principals and customers, and record LPOs, invoices, quotations, and Statements of Accounts for the sales team.
  • Check pending documents and follow up for payment preparation, and suggest ideas for improvement to the next level for necessary implementation.
  • Create architectural and interior drawings for presentations, and make AUTOCAD layouts 2D/3D, electric layouts as per brand Global Service Norms.
  • Prepare quotations and offers for the sales departments as instructed, and arrange for submission on or before due dates.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and add value by maintaining and improving processes.
  • Organize, maintain, and track all internal sales-related documents, such as LPOs, tenders, specifications, Statements of Accounts, and account creation applications.
  • Track quotations, offers submitted to clients using internal data entry, and coordinate with different departments and divisions for project-related quote preparation.
  • Prepare payment for each supplier and follow up on pending invoices and LPOs.
  • Prepare Tender Documents for Tenders and Performance Bond Skills.
