Role Description

The Inspection and Integrity Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our offshore assets by executing inspection plans and overseeing the activities of our inspection contractor.

This role requires a strong background in plant inspection, non-destructive testing techniques, and industry process safety guidelines. The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing multicultural teams in a technical environment.

The Inspection and Integrity Specialist will report directly to the OIM and will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and supervising the execution of inspection plans
  • Overseeing all activities associated with the inspection of topsides process facilities, export systems, and primary/secondary structure
  • Providing support and risk-based direction to OFMEs to ensure that integrity threats associated with fabric maintenance are identified and escalated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safe working processes to deliver on inspection strategy, ensuring all those engaged in inspection-related activities understand their duties associated with a safe and reliable operation
  • Implement and actively drive best-in-business approach to integrity management and inspection regimes; initiate, lead, and participate in site-based audits as requested/required
  • Evaluate inspection results/findings and report to onshore support functions, whilst ensuring that the OIM is well informed via daily reporting
