Key Responsibilities

As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently managing financing and related compliance activities to support stakeholder and lender obligations.
  • Coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely loan repayments and responses to lenders.
  • Interacting with loan Facility Agents, lenders, Inter-Creditor Agents, Rating Agencies, lenders technical consultants, and Shareholders.
  • Computing and executing interest and principal loan payments in accordance with financing documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Avoiding financial impact, reputational risk, and exposure to the company by adhering to lending covenants.
  • Providing expert guidance on potential implications of non-compliance with financial covenants.
  • Maintaining system integrity and ensuring adherence to company regulations and controls.
  • Preparing complex departmental reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitating lenders' technical consultants' periodic visits and reporting requirements.
  • Developing process improvements, procedures, and related controls to resolve complex issues arising.
  • Contributing to the annual Work Program & Budget cycle by forecasting loan repayment interests.
