This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled Environmental Engineer to join our team at MatchaTalent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the environmental sustainability of our refinery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular environmental performance monitoring and reporting analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve environmental performance.
  • Develop and maintain environmental procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for remediation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote environmental awareness and best practices among refinery personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental or chemical engineering from a recognized university/college.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in refining, chemical, and/or NGL fractionation processes.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a direct environmental management role for a refinery or gas plant.
  • Strong management and coordination skills, robust analytical and organizational skills, and excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
