Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team at HYATT HOTEL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlets operating concept and HYATT INTERNATIONAL standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the outlet operates within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management, and a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
