Key Accountabilities
  • Develop a recruitment plan by studying organizational manpower requirements, anticipating needs, and collaborating with managers to realize manpower targets.
  • Assist in preparing the recruitment budget and design a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and recommend changes to enhance our recruitment capabilities.
  • Develop plans, acquire management approvals, and execute overseas recruitment campaigns to attract top talent globally.
  • Analyze recruitment software and recommend improvements to leverage maximum utilization of business software and streamline processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and other networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Review and screen applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct prescreen interviews, and coordinate pre-employment tests as needed.
