Job Description

About the Role

As a key member of Qatar Airways\u0027 team, the Lead Maintenance Technician - Residential will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of residential buildings housing QR group staff. This role requires a high level of expertise in maintenance activities, with a focus on ensuring compliance with QR rules, regulations, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.

• Collaborate with external contractors and internal clients to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the work quality of all project works meets Qatar Airways\u0027 standards.

• Ensure all Service Provider personnel adhere to safety standards, including PPE.

• Liaise with the Accommodation section to ensure timely completion of inventory checks and other requests.

• Conduct daily visits to each property within the allocated zone to check for any government notices or unresolved maintenance requests.

• Perform timely inspections of vital systems within the property as scheduled.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with QR\u0027s policies and procedures.
