Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest calls, requests, and problems.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
  • Determine and provide complimentary services to guests as gifts for their patronage.
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
  • Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information into software when taking guest reservations.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • License or certification not necessary.
