- Schedule Maintenance: Schedule maintenance for all equipment and electrical/mechanical systems necessary for efficient QNB operations.
- Invoice Review: Review invoices from maintenance companies, ensuring that purchased equipment or required services delivered meet specifications.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints and maintenance requests in a timely manner, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Handle QNB vehicle service, including checking, maintaining, and servicing vehicles.
- Receptionist Service: Manage the outsourced receptionist service, keeping records of attendance and rotation schedules.
- Purchase Coordination: Coordinate purchases and requisitions of maintenance parts and machines with the Purchasing Department and Stores Unit.
- Equipment Management: Verify and record all equipment delivered to branches, monitoring maintenance costs accordingly.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, establishing set procedures for issuance of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Safety Requirements: Ensure that all safety requirements are maintained, coordinating and monitoring maintenance performed by external service providers.
- Professional Development: Identify areas for professional development and undertake development activities to remain current with industry developments.
