Responsibilities
  • Promote a proactive risk identification and management culture within the Department.
  • Lead risk identification workshops and facilitate discussions with project teams to ensure comprehensive risk capture.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for projects at various stages of development.
  • Review and update the existing Risk Breakdown Structure.
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize project risks as per RBS.
  • Develop effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with project teams.
  • Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.

In this role, you will work closely with project management teams and stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into project planning, scheduling, and decision-making processes.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with minimum 10 years' experience in Risk Management.
  • Good knowledge of Risk Management Procedures and tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, ACUMEN, OPRA, SAFRAN, etc.).
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented focus while working autonomously.
  • Willingness and capability to assume additional responsibilities, commitment to delivering to stringent deadlines, and putting in extra effort in times of high activity.
  • Experience in personnel management, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to interact effectively and work with people at all levels in a multicultural organization.
  • Well diversified in data management, processing, and analysis of bulk data.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with good competencies in business writing.
