- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide HSE leadership and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring that all personnel are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training programs for offshore personnel to maintain high safety awareness.
- Ensure that all offshore operations have the necessary permits, certifications, and approvals in line with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including near-misses, incidents, and safety observations, to drive continuous improvement.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in HSE management, particularly in offshore oil and gas operations. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field is required. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or Offshore Safety Training (BOSIET) are also essential. Proficiency in HSE management software and MS Office Suite is mandatory.
