Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering team to deliver complex projects across multiple international sites. This role requires a strong technical background and experience in managing multidiscipline engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control the proper realization of engineering development, ensuring good progress in compliance with project specifications and procedures.
  • Liaise with discipline leaders and engineering coordinators to identify and review potential deviations.
  • Prepare and issue project engineering management reports detailing engineering progress across schedule, budget, risks, and technical issues.
  • Assist in performing engineering audits that include audit of engineering process, resources, and deliverables.
  • Closely monitor weight evolution of topsides and jackets through bi-weekly update of weight reports.

Scope of Activities:

The scope of activities will concern greenfield (new development), brownfield activities (on existing platforms) and integration works. Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms, integration to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines, debottlenecking of existing functions.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering field in Oil and Gas sector.

· Experience in managing organizations of significant size with at least 3 years managing multidiscipline engineering team.

· Offshore Engineering experience is required along with good knowledge of industry codes, standards, and legislations on HSE aspects.
