Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on quality-related matters and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Lead and participate in quality-related projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management and apply this knowledge to improve processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
