Job Description:

Parsons CORPORATION is seeking a highly skilled Archivist Specialist to play a crucial role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, collect, arrange, and preserve data and documents related to Manager, Registration.
  • Analyze documents and classify them in accordance with related functions and importance; establish and maintain effective indexing procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of archival management and services in consultation with Manager, Registration.
  • Input records into the Client Registry for retrieval and application processes.
  • Prepare log report for title deed registration status.
  • Identify, collect, arrange, and preserve SPA and related documents.
  • Send notification and the status of documents to the developers.
  • Send reports and documents for title deed registration status.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of city management/real estate operations.
  • Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
