Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Package to lead our offshore oil and gas projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a package organization for smooth project development and technical coordination.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years' experience in offshore oil & gas projects with minimum 5 years' experience as Senior Project Engineer or Head of Package. They will also have experience in conventional offshore facilities at EPCIC stage, available for technical missions worldwide, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of HSE culture on the Package through all phases of EPCIC
  • Implementation of a Package organization for smooth Project development and technical coordination
  • Proper interface with other entities to define the integration projects scope of works
  • Management of the Package in accordance with Statement of Requirements, NOC specifications and contractual requirements
  • Delivery of high-quality detail engineering dossier for EPCIC phase

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
  • At least 10 years' experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment
  • Familiar with Company and/or TotalEnergies General Specifications, Manasa standards and relevant codes and standards
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
  • Good analytical skills
