Job Title: Senior Software Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing server-based web software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Participate in prestudies to investigate and choose technical solutions that align with our company goals
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments
  • Convert market requirements into detailed product requirements and design specifications
  • Participate in proposal analysis, design, and development of technology initiatives that drive business growth
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our software applications
  • Debug and revise software based on test results and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the Support organization to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and evaluate potential benefits for our company
  • Lead Integration & Customization projects in Qmatic Products and ensure seamless integration with our software applications
  • Develop and implement modifications to the Odoo program to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET application development, with a strong background in Object-Oriented Application Design
  • Proficiency in MVC,.NET Core, WebApi, WCF, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML, JSON, XML, and CSS, as well as experience with Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS
  • Experience with API development and a strong understanding of relational database concepts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Ability to convert specifications into computer language and develop software solutions that meet client needs
  • Self-motivated and enterprising, with a service-minded approach and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in handling client projects individually or as a team
