Key Responsibilities

  2. Cleanliness and Service Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service in all guest rooms, public areas, and heart of the house areas, ensuring that our guests receive a exceptional experience.
  3. Labor Management: Monitor labor costs and ensure effective scheduling and department productivity, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  4. Guest Relations: Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, logging and notifying the relevant departments as required.
  5. Maintenance and Reporting: Report necessary maintenance items and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  6. Team Management: Prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate tasks to team members, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  7. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and service are being met, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related studies.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, with previous leadership experience in a hotel environment.
