Job Title: Network Operations Specialist

K20s - Kinetic Technologies Private Limited seeks a skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's network infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform installation and configuration of network connectivity for PCs, phones, and other devices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic cabling faults and connectivity issues.
    • Assist in wireless network troubleshooting and configuration.
    • Conduct routine checks on LAN/WAN networks, including lines, pipelines, and data flow.
    • Support in maintaining and operating servers, data centres, and computer rooms.
    • Coordinate with contractors and vendors during maintenance, upgrades, and installations.
    • Ensure adherence to ICT standards and create relevant technical documentation.
    • Respond to network incidents and escalate critical issues to supervisors or engineers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum Experience:

  1. 8–10 years of proven experience in maintaining and supporting networks, servers, data centers, and ICT facilities infrastructure operations and maintenance.

Certifications:

  1. Mandatory: CCNA
  2. Preferred: CCNP
  3. Additional Advantage: Extreme Networks Certification

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, IT security, and network operations.
  • Familiarity with ICT infrastructure standards and documentation practices.
  • Effective communication skills, especially when dealing with contractors and technical teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shift-based schedules.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.

Work Location: Qatar

Working Conditions: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per WOQOD requirements.
