Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of program plans, decisions, and changes.
Ensure all program documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Certifications:
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly desirable. - Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role delivering Civil Engineering/ ICT projects, 7-10 years of experience in a project management role, with at least 3-5 years in a program management role.
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with multiple interrelated projects.
Experience in budget management, risk management, QA/QC, HSSE, and resource allocation. - Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of software development, IT, OT, network, and cybersecurity.
Understanding of HSSE, QA/QC, and document control requirements and standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (Primavera P6). - Attributes:
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong decision-making skills with a focus on achieving results.
- The position may require occasional travel to various project sites or company locations.
- Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet program deadlines.
