Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Repair Team Lead 3rd Shift to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our composite repair team, you will be responsible for leading the repair and fabrication of composite components for our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Composite Repair and Fabrication: Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks, including machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Component Assembly: Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components, including power plants and drive trains.
  • Avionics and Electronic Component Assembly: Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products, including soldering on electronic and avionics products.
  • Test Preparation and Execution: Prepare test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices to perform various tests, including organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in composite repair and fabrication, mechanical and electro-mechanical component assembly, and avionics and electronic component assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of composite materials, mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, and avionics and electronic systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
