Sentinel FSR

Job Summary:

The Sentinel Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for supporting and overseeing Sentinel Radar System operation and maintenance activities in a global context. The Sentinel radar system is a critical component of the Qatar National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) program, providing air defense capabilities to protect national interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise on Sentinel radar system operation and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Support and troubleshoot Sentinel radar system issues, collaborating with in-country personnel and other stakeholders as needed.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sentinel radar system theory of operation, troubleshooting skills, and maintenance procedures.

• Provide training and support to customers on Sentinel radar system usage, including on-the-job training (OJT) and documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Sentinel radar system with other systems and technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in radar systems, electronics, or a related field.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Working Conditions:

This position may require deployment to various locations, including Qatar, and may involve working in a team environment with limited supervision. The candidate must be able to pass a physical and vaccinations as required for the region. Additional training may be required in the continental United States (CONUS) as directed by the customer. This position is located in Doha, Qatar, and the candidate must be able to meet all deployment needs at all times.
