We are seeking a highly skilled Lifting Supervisor to join our team at Power International Holding Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting activities in the project to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Verify the validity and operational condition of all lifting gears to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
  • Conduct pre-task talks with lifting team members to brief them on the Lifting Plan, risk control measures, and safe lifting procedures.
  • Ensure all lift/rigger personnel follow and practice policies as set in the Lifting Operators Manual.
  • Prepare the Lifting Plan and validate the Permit-To-Work (PTW) prior to commencing lifting operations.
  • Verify that mobile crane operators and lifting equipment personnel conduct pre-operation checks using company-prescribed checklists.
  • Verify the weight and radius of loads to ensure proper understanding before lifting operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lifting operations and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
