We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our Cabin Services department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing high-quality training programs for our Cabin Crew and relevant employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Planning and Development: Coordinate the planning, designing, and development of course content and assessments for specific subject areas, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
  • Training Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality training content, including course materials, assessments, and evaluations, that meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors, to ensure seamless content development and delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate training content, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Staying Current: Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Relevant high school qualification, vocational qualification, or diploma with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience or a relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proven knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and adult learning theory, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: High level of computer literacy, with experience in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate accountability in managing effective working relationships.
