Fundraising Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Expert to join our team at lxbfYeaa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies that drive revenue growth and support our organization's mission.

• Fundraising Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
• Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors to secure funding and support for our programs.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives and maintain effective communication with external partners and vendors.

• Bachelor's Degree: A relevant specialization from a recognized university is required.
• Professional Certifications: Professional certification or training courses in NGO marketing & media, planning of digital marketing channels & professional project management are highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the field, including 3 years in a supervisory role in non-profit organizations.
• Skills and Qualifications: Excellent understanding of best practices in marketing and fundraising, very good knowledge of the operations of local, regional, and international non-profit organizations, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and proficiency in computer applications.
