About the Role:

Hamad International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Lead Slot Coordination Officer. If you possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in slot coordination, you can help us achieve our goals by:

  1. Implementing Worldwide Scheduling Guidelines: Manage the implementation of worldwide scheduling guidelines and local processes in Hamad International Airport and Doha International Airport.
  2. Producing Accurate Reports: Manage the accuracy and timely production of reports, notices, and assessments on planned and operated slots/schedules of airlines and aircraft operators in Doha.
  3. Ensuring Slot Demand Planning: Ensure that slots/schedules demand is planned within the coordination parameters set by the Facilitation Committee.
  4. Coordinating with Stakeholders: Coordinate effectively and timely with stakeholders on changes identified in schedule demand and/or available capacity to ensure operational efficiencies.
  5. Representing the Department: Participate and represent the department and MATAR in forums relevant to slot coordination.
  6. Managing KPIs: Manage the production of KPIs relevant to Airport Operations Performance and Slot Compliance.
  7. Managing Slot Coordination Systems: Manage Slot Coordination Systems.

About You:

  1. Qualifications: Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Slot Coordination Experience: Minimum 5 years at a Slot Coordination or Flight Scheduling position.
  4. Knowledge of Slot Coordination: Basic knowledge of Slot Coordination principles.
  5. Slot Coordination Software: Good knowledge of Slot Coordination software.
