• The successful candidate will have extensive experience in textile arts, with a strong understanding of traditional and modern techniques.
• We require someone who can work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity, with the ability to manipulate small objects and intricate details.

1. Designing and creating custom textile patterns and designs.
2. Developing and implementing innovative textile treatments and finishes.
3. Maintaining accurate records of production progress, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
4. Collaborating with designers and colleagues to create new product designs and improve existing ones.
5. Providing training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
