Store Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at LandMark Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store meets its sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and commercial profit growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient store operations
• Interpret and act on operational profit and sales reports to improve under-performing areas
• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory control
• Oversee point of sales activities, including sales transactions, customer orders, and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Monitor and handle customer complaints and take corrective action
• Maintain high standards of visual appearance and store displays
• Prepare and review store reports on sales, commercial profit, and stock ageing
• Execute price revisions and maintain a high level of store health and security
• People Management: Ensure store expectations and priorities are communicated to staff, review and provide regular feedback on staff performance, and carry out regular in-store training
