**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise HSE matters at site and ensure implementation of HSE program.
  • Arrange work permits, safety tests, and actions related to safety.
  • Organize and coordinate job assignments, review design specifications and drawings.
  • Give advance notice to Field Engineering Department for scheduled tests/inspections.
  • Inspect quality and quantity of work carried out, check and witness tests according to specifications.
  • Resolve difficulties and problems with contractor representatives and Construction Superintendent.
  • Support Construction Warehouse Organization with inspection of materials and equipment, and preventive maintenance.
  • Document issue of materials to contractors.
  • Instruct contractors via written orders (WIM) for minor additional work or small variations.
  • Ensure proper flow of information and documentation to Field Office Engineering Section and Quality Control Group.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum Technical High School in assigned discipline.
  • VCA-VOL or equivalent when working on jobsite.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in assigned discipline supervisory function.
  • Preferably international construction experience.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Flexibility.
  • Competent with most aspects of personal computers.
