Brasserie Waiter Job Description

At Crew, we're seeking a skilled and friendly Brasserie Waiter to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of our menu to make recommendations and answer questions.
  • Order Delivery: Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner, ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively and with a smile.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the dining staff to maintain a clean and organized dining area, and assist with setup and breakdown of tables as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurant is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is crucial.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of food and beverage menus, as well as attention to detail and ability to multitask, are essential for success in this role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift equipment is required.
  • Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
