We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our finance team and drive strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our executive team, you will oversee all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support our business goals, encompassing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing finance team to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain robust internal controls to guarantee compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Nurture relationships with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate access to capital and support our growth objectives.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities, including real estate investments and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development and execution of new business ventures and partnerships.
  • Present financial information and analysis to our board of directors and executive team, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership positions, with experience managing a team of finance and accounting professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with real estate investments and acquisitions is a plus.
