Key Responsibilities:- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to implementation and monitoring contract performance.
- Contract Reviews and Risk Management: Conduct periodic contract reviews, identify areas for improvement, and adapt to evolving project needs. Identify, assess, and mitigate contract-related risks, implementing effective strategies.
- Vendor Management: Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, overseeing the procurement process. Lead negotiations, balancing company interests with vendor expectations, and resolving disputes collaboratively.
