About the Role

We are looking for an IT professional who can lead and manage cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical staff. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Plan, execute, implement, and manage medium to large IT projects/programmes via the identification, tendering, evaluation, installation, and commissioning of applications/solutions for end-user departments.

User Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, identify user requirements, create scope of work, draft functional requirements, design, implement, and deploy IT business solutions.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical staff to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related Engineering/Business field.

Experience: Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience. Trained and preferably certified as PMP or equivalent.
