Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Ensure timely and efficient processing of monthly payroll, maintaining accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Properly document changes in employee remuneration or position, ensuring records are maintained for review by external auditors.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team in posting job vacancies, screening resumes and portfolios, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the HR team in developing, coordinating, and rolling out employee engagement activities, including CSR, Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Complete administrative tasks and support the rollout of employee engagement events as requested.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a professional services environment, with 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Skills: Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices, basic understanding of the country's labor laws and employee benefits, and excellent knowledge of Excel.
