Project Coordinator Interface Specialist

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Interface to join our team at Airswift. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the Interface register for timely approval, supporting the Interface Division Manager and Head of Interface(s) for coordination and follow-up for Interface activities, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Maintain Project Interface Registers and track and follow up on Operations/Third Parties comments/resolution and maintain status on Interface registers.
  2. Provide day-to-day support to EPC Contractors, PMT, and Operations Interface team for Interface Management Software related queries/resolution, assignment of responsibilities, etc.
  3. Coordinate with Information Management team for document transfer through client's Share drive & LAN folder links.
  4. Ensure RLIC Technical Package submission documents through (client's portal) via eFSM Link.
  5. Provide leadership and accountability for the Onshore Project with EPCs (EPC-1, EPC-2, EPC-3, and EPC-4 Contractors, project Offshore Contractors, and other client's Project Teams and Client's Groups).
  6. Coordinate the Onshore interface activities between the Project team, Third Parties, and other End-users operating within RLIC.
  7. Support scheduling of meetings, issue minutes of meetings, and support close out of action items with interfacing organizations on a frequent basis, consistent with project needs.
  8. Generate weekly and monthly Interface reports. Provide input to weekly management reports.
  9. Attend Interface Weekly and Monthly meetings; attend the Project Monthly Meeting with EPC Contractor. Ensure minutes of meetings are issued and steward close out of action including update of the Interfaces Registers and Databases.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in science or commerce and a minimum of 10 years' work experience in the Oil and Gas industry with Projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as Document Controller/Technical Assistant with a Major project team and proficient Information Technology (IT) skills.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other industry utilized databases and will be able to work from various locations: Client Headquarters, EPC Contractors site offices, Client's facility.
