Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AccorHotels. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plumbing systems and related mechanical equipment in our waterpark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, fault find, and repair rides piping system, pool filtration systems, chemical dosing systems, cooling systems (cold/hot water), pumps, calorifiers, pressurization vessels, and valves.
  • Install and maintain fixtures and other appliances associated with heating, cooling, and sanitation systems.
  • Cut, weld, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance of plumbing works in the waterpark.
  • Maintain work tools in good condition.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
  • Maintain daily logs and records while on duty, paper and electronic.
  • Keep a correct inventory and write purchase order requests for items needed.
  • Participate in the on-call program and respond both by phone and in person as appropriate.
  • Report all potential hazards, safety concerns, and accidents immediately.
  • Ensure effective communication and good relations between the engineering department and other departments in the water park.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent plumbing maintenance and repair skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
