Job DescriptionAs a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities while ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. This includes:
- Acknowledge and approach customers to establish their needs.
- Presentation, demonstration, and selling of products through features, advantages, and benefits (F.A.B.).
- Maintenance of a fully merchandised shop with stocked shelves or optimal display arrangements.
Additional responsibilities include introducing customers to other departments, assisting in pressured areas, identifying customer needs and wants, and utilizing sales techniques to maximize opportunities.

Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Effective English communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Skills, Sales Training, Interpersonal Skills, Merchandising Training along with product knowledge training on an ongoing basis.
- A proactive approach to selling and strong interpersonal skills.
- A high level of integrity and personal hygiene standard.
- Ability to behave politely and business-like while on duty and show respect for customers at all times.
