Job Description

As a Project Mechanical Leader at People Dynamics Doha, you will be responsible for leading all mechanical projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, identifying and recommending equipment and systems for procurement, and performing technical evaluations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to site construction, QA/QC, and HSE procedures, and conduct inspections and tests as required.
  • Project Closure: Hand over projects to user departments, close out punch points, and validate invoices.
  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of divisional strategies and sectional business plans, ensuring vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies.
  • Qatarization Strategy: Direct the development of the Qatarization strategy, aligning with client and national objectives to attract, develop, and retain Qatari Nationals.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE procedures.
