  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Strives to improve service performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
  • Three years' experience in a similar role in a luxury establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa therapy & fitness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
