About the Role

The Boeing Group Medical Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Delivery Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilize your operational expertise to optimize resources, improve patient care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

As a key member of our medical team, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement in operational performance, patient safety, and service quality across our medical centers. Your duties will include:

  • Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans for the department.
  • Executing and implementing expansion plans for the medical division.
  • Aligning operational goals with the overall organizational strategy to optimize patient care services.
  • Managing day-to-day operations ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery.
  • Developing and executing strategies for improving the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborating with medical and administrative staff to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts and areas.
  • Optimizing resource allocation, including the procurement and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Monitoring budgetary expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implementing staff development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to a team of administrative and support staff.
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
  • A recognized qualification in Medical Administration or equivalent required.
  • Masters' Degree or equivalent in Hospital Management would be a plus.
  • Operations experience in medical Center or hospitals.
  • Regulatory experience of MOPH compliance would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Operational process mapping and use of appropriate tools like lean etc. towards optimization of resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Good numeracy skills – understanding of Profit and Loss statements.
  • Data Analytical Skills.
  • Power BI Skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of international accreditation standards, such as Joint Commission International (JCI).
  • Knowledge of project planning and execution.
