Job Description

This role is ideal for an individual with up to 5 years of experience in the green building industry, who is passionate about sustainability and eager to learn more and make a significant impact in the field.

  • You will work on a variety of projects, providing expertise in LEED and GSAS certification processes, sustainable design, and building performance.
  • You will collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are integrated into project design & construction from inception through completion.
  • You will conduct sustainability compliance assurance, including energy efficiency, site analysis, LCA and water efficiency calculations.
  • You will prepare and submit necessary documentation for LEED and GSAS assigned criteria.
  • You will stay abreast of the latest developments in green building standards and sustainability practices.
  • You will provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on sustainability and green building principles.
  • You will participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and benefits.
