In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our clients, ensuring that their systems and hardware operate effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues, implement software solutions, and manage inventory and asset lifecycles.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Inventory Control: Establish, manage, and maintain equipment accountability, including tracking assets from initial acquisition to final disposition.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to property/equipment custodians on proper tracking, accountability, and transfer of inventory.
**Qualifications**
  • Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance with eligibility.
  • Citizenship: Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
  • IAT Level:** DoDM 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 or higher.
