Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective management of financial operations and compliance with departmental regulations and policies. The Financial Operations Specialist will provide high-quality advice regarding financial performance, budgeting, and HMC's overall financial strategy.

Duties:

  1. Review financial transactions for authenticity and accuracy before processing.
  2. Coordinate between departments, sections, and key officials to manage department functions.
  3. Create office management tools, databases, reports including financial reports and presentations.
  4. Assist in developing policies and procedures for the department.
  5. Analyze contracts and agreements to advise necessary modifications.
  6. Prepare and generate departmental reports under the direction of the Head of department.
  7. Coordinate all audit processes including preparing related materials, schedules, and information.
  8. Ensure efficient and effective management of department processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 6 years' experience in finance or accounting.
