Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our Smart Infrastructure Managed Service division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of Siemens Building Management Systems installed in various facilities.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for these systems, ensuring that our clients' buildings operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Adhere to relevant processes, compliances & regulations.
  2. Manage sub-contractors and monitor delivery.
  3. Be involved in technical design and development for service offerings.
  4. Prepare site documents.
  5. Ensure continuous and sustainable growth of our maintenance base by building a relationship of credibility and trust with the customer.
  6. Troubleshoot and clear faults in equipment hardware and software.
  7. Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedule measures accordingly.
  8. Program BMS controls to regulate HVAC, VFD, FCU & VAV through DDC/unitary controllers.
  9. Perform calibration, testing, and commissioning of FCU, VAV, etc.
  10. Develop control programs for Chiller/Chilled Water Pump plants.
  11. Integrate third-party systems using Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/MSTP/IP/KNX/OPC protocols.
  12. Configure OT & IT networking relevant for BMS.
  13. Develop BMS graphics and configure servers.
  14. Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot BMS systems.
  15. Meet with customers for day-to-day activities and progress updates.
  16. Process maintenance activities through automated work order/permit system.
  17. Submit service/project reports for invoice submission.
  18. Identify areas to upsell hardware/software/solutions as value-added services to customers.
  19. Provide quotes for minor rectification works or materials.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications.
  2. A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong operation and maintenance knowledge, with expertise in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control systems.
  4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  8. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  9. Proficient in written and spoken English and any additional native language spoken.
  10. Experience with Siemens Desigo X-works Plus, Desigo CC, ABT, and RXT is an advantage.
