**Job Summary**
• **About the Role**
As an Operational Excellence Advisor at QatarEnergy, you will provide critical support to the Operations Manager in driving Operational Excellence through systematic management of Personal Behaviour, Process Safety, and Reliability of QATARENERGY assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-level business strategy for VO Operations Areas (Refining Operations) based on the VO Operational Excellence Model. You will manage and direct the Operational Excellence program to drive change and performance improvement in OMR, ensuring alignment with QatarEnergy's vision and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement Operational Excellence strategies to enhance process safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Provide expertise in Work Process Management System and Equipment Supporting IT System
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and performance improvement
• Manage and direct the Operational Excellence program to achieve set objectives and deliverables
• Ensure alignment with QatarEnergy's vision and objectives

**Requirements**
• 15+ years of experience in Operations Management, Plant Operations Engineering, or a related field
• Bachelor's/3-5 year Degree in a relevant field
• Strong expertise in Operational Excellence, Process Safety, and Reliability
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to drive change and performance improvement
